1513 Shake It Off Diet

Our 1513 Shake It Off diet involves a plan of 4 to 5 high protein/meal replacement drinks and a 100 to 200 calorie dinner. During this time, you will consume between 500 and 700 calories a day. By adding an additional 100 calories burned by increased exercise, the average client can lose up to weight quickly.

This diet includes:
